By purchasing, downloading, or using any clipart included in this bundle, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

💕 WHAT YOU CAN DO

✅ Commercial Use Allowed: You may use the clipart to create finished designs for personal use or commercial resale.

✅ Change Colors: You may recolor the clipart to match your desired aesthetic or design.

✅ Add Details: You may add outlines, lines, patterns, textures, shading, lettering, or other creative details.

✅ Combine Elements: You may combine clipart with other graphics, text, illustrations, or design elements to create something new.

✅ Create Digital Designs: You may sell completed digital designs in PNG, JPG, SVG, or other design formats, provided they meet the modification requirements below.

✅ Create Physical Products: You may use the clipart in finished designs for T-shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers, mugs, stickers, decals, stationery, and other physical products.

✅ Print-on-Demand: You may use your completed designs with print-on-demand services, provided the final artwork meets these terms.

🎨 DESIGN MODIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

All clipart must be incorporated into a completed design before being resold digitally.

• You MUST add at least ONE additional design element to the original clipart.
• Additional elements may include typography, another illustration, decorative graphics, backgrounds, patterns, or other meaningful design components.
• You MAY recolor, outline, resize, rotate, or otherwise edit the clipart.
• However, simply changing the color, adding an outline, or applying a filter does NOT qualify as creating a new design for digital resale.
• The finished design must demonstrate creative customization beyond the original clipart.

EXAMPLE OF ALLOWED USE:

✔️ A butterfly clipart combined with a meaningful quote and decorative stars to create a completed T-shirt design.

✔️ A bow clipart combined with lettering, checkered patterns, and additional graphics.

✔️ Multiple clipart pieces arranged with additional creative elements into a cohesive design.

EXAMPLE OF PROHIBITED USE:

❌ Taking one butterfly clipart, changing it from pink to purple, and selling it as a new PNG.

❌ Adding a simple outline around the original clipart and reselling it by itself.

❌ Selling one clipart image as a standalone design, even if resized, rotated, or slightly altered.

❌ Adding a tiny, insignificant element solely to bypass the modification requirements.

Adding one element is the minimum requirement, NOT an automatic guarantee that a design qualifies. Your finished product must be a genuinely completed, customized design.

🚫 WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

❌ Resell, redistribute, share, trade, or give away the original clipart files.

❌ Sell the clipart individually or as part of another clipart bundle, whether modified or unmodified.

❌ Claim the original clipart artwork as your own creation.

❌ Sell standalone clipart as completed digital designs.

❌ Upload the original clipart to freebie groups, shared drives, file-sharing websites, or digital resource libraries.

❌ Include the original clipart files in digital bundles, design resources, PLR packages, or resale-rights collections.

❌ Grant your customers permission to extract, redistribute, or resell the original clipart.

❌ Use the clipart to create competing clipart packs or standalone graphic resources.

❌ Share purchased files with friends, family, other designers, or business partners. Each separate business must purchase its own license.

❌ Resell or distribute the clipart as embroidery, cut-file, or other standalone asset formats.

🛍️ DIGITAL RESELLING RULES

You ARE allowed to sell completed digital designs made using this clipart.

However:

• Designs must meet the modification requirements stated above.
• Your customers may use your finished designs on physical products.
• You may NOT grant your customers rights to extract, resell, or redistribute the underlying clipart.
• You may NOT offer PLR, MRR, or unrestricted resale rights to the original clipart or derivative clipart assets.
• Your finished digital designs must not be marketed as standalone clipart or clipart bundles.

🖨️ PHYSICAL PRODUCT RULES

You may sell physical products featuring the clipart, including apparel, drinkware, accessories, and printed merchandise.

Physical products may feature an individual clipart element without additional graphics. However, the original clipart file itself may never be resold or redistributed digitally.

🔐 OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All original clipart and associated artwork remain the property of CStageDesigns or their respective rights holders.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files under these Terms of Use.

Purchasing this bundle does NOT transfer copyright ownership or grant exclusive rights to the artwork.

You may not register the original clipart, or a substantially similar version of it, as your own trademark or copyrighted artwork.

⚠️ LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Failure to follow these Terms of Use may result in termination of your license and loss of permission to use the files.

CStageDesigns reserves the right to request removal of listings or products that violate these terms and to pursue available remedies when appropriate.

But please do not take my original clipart, make a tiny change, and resell it as your own work.

These bundles are meant to help you create beautiful, unique finished designs — not to provide ready-to-resell standalone clipart.
