Purchasing this add-on gives you Full Exclusive Rights to the custom clipart collection created specifically for your order.

💗 WITH FULL EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:

• Your completed custom clipart collection will be exclusive to you.

• I will NOT add the clipart to my Clipart Drive, website, future bundles, or offer the individual clipart for sale to other customers.

• You may use the clipart to create and sell physical products.

• You may use the clipart in your own completed digital designs.

• You may sell the completed designs you create using the clipart.

• You may sell or distribute the original clipart files as-is under your own business, including individually or as a collection.

• You may recolor, resize, crop, layer, add text, and otherwise edit the artwork for your projects.

🖤 WITHOUT THIS $50 ADD-ON:

Your $350 custom order still includes commercial use for physical products.

However, the individual clipart files are not exclusive to you. CStage Designs retains the right to use some or all of the clipart in the CStage Designs Clipart Drive, website, bundles, completed designs, or other products.

You may not resell, share, redistribute, or give away the original clipart files or sell completed digital designs using the clipart as-is unless Full Exclusive Rights are purchased.

IMPORTANT

This add-on applies only to the custom clipart collection purchased with the corresponding $350 Full Custom order.

Purchasing exclusive rights transfers the commercial usage and resale permissions described above. CStage Designs may retain artwork solely for private recordkeeping/portfolio documentation unless otherwise agreed upon.
